First of all, We’d like to say happy birthday to our thug nigga up there, R.I.P Pac. Before Tupac Amaru Shakur was murdered in 1996, he was shot before, 5 times, and lived! The shooting happened at New York City’s Quad Recording Studios on November 30th 1994, by an unknown gunman. The shooting sparked a feud between East Coast’s Bad Boy Records and West Coast’s Death Row Records which sadly resulted in the death of Tupac in 1996 and also the death of Biggy Smalls in 1997. No arrests have been made for these deaths nor have the cases been solved. Until now, a prison inmate called Dexter Isaac came forward to tell that he was one of the men who attacked Tupac.

Isaac, who’s serving life sentence for an unrelated murder, says he was paid $2,500 for the attempted hit by James Rosemond A.K.A. Jimmy Henchman. Rosemonds lawyer denies his clients involvement.

“I want to apologize to (Shakur’s) family and the mistake I did for that sucker (Jimmy Henchman)” Isaac says. “I am trying to clean it up to give (Tupac’s & Biggy’s) mothers some closure.”

The 1994 shooting put Pac in hospital with 5 bullet wounds. Shakur accused The Notorious B.I.G of involvement, and B.I.G. retaliated in song. The beef enraged for a while until Tupac was murdered on the Las Vegas strip after attending a Mike Tyson fight on Sept. 13th 1996 and The Notorious B.I.G. was then murdered a year later on March 9th 1997.

A New York Police Department spokesperson told the Associated Press that it will be investigating Isaac’s claim to see if there is any truth behind what he says.
